• "Balance" means the total funds held within a User's Account, comprising deposited real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account pursuant promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and payment verification process Chelsea88 requires before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform for users based in Malaysia.

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human entities are not permitted to register Accounts.

4. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, gambling-block scheme, or similar programme that would restrict your access to gambling services.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be acting under the influence of any incapacity, guardianship order, or similar restriction.
6. You may only holdone active Account on Chelsea88. Duplicate account registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across associated accounts.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account. Chelsea88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.

You acknowledge that Chelsea88 may use third-party verification service providers to conduct identity checks. Any personal data submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By accessing and using the Chelsea88 Platform, you agree to the following terms of conduct and usage:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
• You will not use automated software, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or technical infrastructure underlying the Platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or system to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of winings.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other users.
• You will not use the Platform if you are a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of Chelsea88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You accept that all games on the Platform are governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), and that all outcomes are the result of provably fair, independently audited random processes.

Chelsea88 reserves the right to monitor Account activity and communications for compliance with these Terms. Records of activity are maintained for audit and regulatory purposes.

Chelsea88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction across all local payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
• Currency: All Account balances, transactions, and bonus values are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the User has specifically elected to use a cryptocurrency denomination.
• Processing time: Deposits are credited within 60 seconds under normal conditions. Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 hours depending on the payment method and applicable verification status.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawals above RM5,000 cumulatively or as first-time withdrawal require completed KYC verification. Chelsea88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time for withdrawals of any amount.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and technical constraints.
• Cryptocurrency transactions: Crypto deposits and withdrawals are subject to prevailing network fees. Chelsea88 processes crypto withdrawals within one hour under normal network conditions but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to blockchain congestion.

Chelsea88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Account holders, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and referal rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (between 5x and 35x as stated per promotion) before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is disclosed on each individual promotion.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per selection is MYR 250. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%. Table games and live dealer games typically contribute at 10% to 20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed on each promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Each bonus has a stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting) within which the wagering requirement must be satisfied. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per user: Chelsea88 permits only one active welcome bonus per Account. Players must satisfy or opt out of an active bonus before a new promotional bonus can be credited.
• Bonus abuse: Chelsea88 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed to extract bonus value without normal gambling risk. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have winings voided and bonuses removed.
• Maximum cashout: Certain promotions, particularly free-spin or low-deposit bonuses, may apply a maximum cashout cap on bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated on the relevant promotion page.

Chelsea88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. All bonus decisions made by Chelsea88 management are final.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, esports, and all other markets offered on the Chelsea88 Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• Bets are void if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or if fewer than the required number of participants complete the event, unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.
• In-play bets are accepted at Chelsea88's sole discretion. Chelsea88 reserves the right to delay, limit, or suspend in-play betting on any market without notice.
• Chelsea88 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced or concluded where a live feed delay is suspected to have provided an information advantage to the betor.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event. These limits are stated within the relevant market and may be amended at Chelsea88's discretion.
• Manifest errors in odds (including but not limited to typographical errors or clearly incorrect pricing) will be voided and all stakes returned, regardless of whether the bet was settled before the error was identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Chelsea88 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using a different identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit glitches, errors, or unintended behaviour in any game or system.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated betting software, or bot to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other strategies designed to exploit bonus terms or promotional pricing in bad faith.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment provider after funds have been played.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Chelsea88 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the Chelsea88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and game content — is the intellectual property of Chelsea88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without Chelsea88's prior written consent.

The Chelsea88 name, logo, and associated trade dress are proprietary marks of Chelsea88. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use these marks without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chelsea88, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated earnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game content, odds, or promotional materials.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Chelsea88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Chelsea88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining for the vast majority of players, can become a problem for some individuals. The following responsible gambling measures are available to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps within your Account settings.
• Session time reminders: Configure time-in-session alerts to remind you of how long you have been playing.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your net win/loss position during a session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Account cooling-off: Take a short break from gambling by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours,7 days, or 30 days.

Chelsea88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Chelsea88 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.
• Chelsea88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chelsea88 has been unable to verify the User's identity, age, or payment method to its satisfaction following a KYC request.
• The User has initiated chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against Chelsea88.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated, Chelsea88 will conduct an internal investigation and, where the suspension is found to be unjustified, will restore the Account and any withheld balance within a reasonable timeframe. Chelsea88's final determination in relation to Account suspensions is conclusive subject to any appeal process outlined in our support documentation.

Users may voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon confirmed closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagers and bonus liabilities) will be returned to the User's registered payment method within five business days.

Chelsea88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Chelsea88 will provide reasonable notice to registered Account holders by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

The date on which these Terms were last revised is displayed at the top of this page. Chelsea88 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Chelsea88's jurisdiction of incorporation and licensing. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
